Another Scheduling devotion from Journey Magazine. (I am not the brightest bulb in the box... but even I see a theme here.)
"Maintaining healthy boundaries also means being balanced in being able to say both yes and no. We need to preserve our own resources at times, making wise decisions that allow us to serve Christ and other people to the best of our abilities. However, part of being a disciple is realizing our own limits and loving others enough to be honest with them about issues and problems. Thankfully, God gives us His spirit to sustain and guide us in living in a way that glorifies Him. When we are walking with Him, we will be more tuned in to how we can help others as we organize our lives in a way that allows time to serve..."
