I got up early, made myself oatmeal and fresh, hot coffee, then climbed back into my bed, still warm! I was able to enjoy the silence of my home and the comfort of my bed a little while longer, while doing bible study. Then I got a few household chores done before leaving for a job I really like.
Good mornings are the start of good days.

What a great morning! (and productive, too- chores, bible study, rest!)
Many blessings and hoping tomorrow is wonderful, too.
Love the picture of your dog. Our dog does that, too!!!!!
Wow, you did have a great morning! This is my first Thankful Thursday and I am enjoying it so far. Reading all the thanks is awesome!
Thanks for sharing!!
I just saw one of your favorite things is Gulf Shores Alabama. My family loves this place. I love the beach and we live about 3 1/2 hours away. I live between Birmingham and Montgomery. So nice to see some one so close to home. Hope to visit you again soon.
you seem so together - most of the time. glad you had a great morning!
We go to Gulf Shores about 3 to 4 times a year. You can't beat the beaches. I love it there.
My husband work in LA for diaster relief with Katrina. I hope you were not affected by the hurricane.
It seems we have a lot in common.
Oh, I know what you mean about having a good morning - especially the getting back into bed part.
Nice TT post. Thanks for stopping by my site.
Blessings to you today!
Good morning! Thank you so much for your kind words. I am still learning, so I appreciate the warm thoughts. Isn't is amazing how God led us down the same path regarding our blog design (and Rachel's study)? He is busy fertilizing and pruning. How awesome! Although your post is from yesterday, I am glad you had a good morning! I hope you saw God's blooms this morning as well.
Sister love!
Hi, Bobbie! Thanks SO MUCH for your sweet words on my blog. We were blessed indeed by the birth of my new niece. She's now at home with her new family and is doing wonderfully. Babies truly are a gift from GOD! ;-)
THANKS AGAIN for stopping by... it was nice to "meet you."
Sounds like a blessedly peaceful and relaxing morning.
Sounds like the perfect way to start your day!
Thanks for stopping by my blog this week!

Thanks for visiting my blog last week. I meant to stop by earlier than this...here it is TT again! Your 'boring' morning sounds wonderful! Right now I'm trying to savor every moment with my little ones because I know empty nest will come far too quickly...it's then that I can enjoy a 'boring' morning like yours! ;)
