I resisted the hot from the bakery donuts in the office.
Twice, I only had fruits/veggies for lunch (Olive Garden soup/salad and Albertsons salad/fruit bar)
I walked my dog for two miles instead of his normal one mile
I painted my toe nails red and bought new sandals
I changed my Weight Watcher meetings from Wednesday at lunch, when I have to drive across town, always in a hurry, and almost always skip out of the meeting early, to Saturday mornings, where I am more relaxed and stay for the entire meeting. I lost .8 last week!
I helped my husband build a fence. And by "helped build a fence" I mean, I carried the fence board from one spot to the other spot across the yard about 115 times.

You put a lot of extra steps in your week and that is always a good thing. Resisting that fresh bakery stuff is a kuddo.

I am a list maker.
I love lists. I love the special stationary to make lists on! I Make lists on the back of envelopes! I make a list of everything.
What a great list....It's those little victories I tell you that don't seem like much but they add up!!
Just for resisting that donut you should get the AWARD of the week....

Nice to hear what's going on in another part of the world- I am in Melbourne, Aust, so we're heading into winter now, and I estimate there will be absolutely no toenail painting for the next 5 months! (At least, not by me....) Well done on your change to a different meeting- very wise to reduce the stress and make it more important!

What a great idea to reflect back on all of the steps you've taken this week to keep you on track! The scale isn't the determining factor in our weight loss, it's all of the changes along the way that lead us towards our goal!

Up where I live (out in the middle of nowhere!), the only available WW group only sells 4-week memberships ~ there's no store-front business where they hold multiple meetings each week. It's just a group that meets weekly and provides WW materials. But even so, I just can't bring myself to pay to step on the scale!! I do still have everything from when I was going to meetings 5 years ago, so that's good. It's going well so far. Time will tell if that's enough or if I need the extra incentive of actually going to meetings.
