Oh the pressure! The pressure of coming up with things I did well this week... a week I spent on vacation....in Texas.... hitting every Mexican food place in San Antonio... and then having cookies....
Since I have been home, I've re-dedicated myself to sensible eating and have been rediscovering a few of my favorite Weight-Watcher friendly things.
Like this:
2 pieces of Oscar Meyer Center Cut Bacon- 1 point (not any bacon- just Oscar Meyer Center Cut Bacon is only 1 point for 2 pieces)
Whole wheat english muffin is 2 points
#2 Grilled Chicken Sandwich from Chick-Fil-A (without added honey BBQ sauce) is 5 points (each sauce package is 2 points extra. I LOVE those honey BBQ sauce packages)
Sliced cucumbers with salt and pepper (0 points) dipped in 2 tablespoons of fat free sour cream mixed with dry ranch dressing/dip mix (1 point)
1/2 can of Progressive low fat soup for 0 points
Lays light chips in the single serve bag is 1 point (not the baked kind- that's 3 points- this is the light kind)
2 Hershey Kisses is only 1 point
1 square of Dove chocolate bar for 1 point
Bowl of Oatmeal for 2 points
Cup of fat free hot chocolate made with water is 0 points
Mini bag of 94% fat free popcorn is 1 point
Fat free sugar free Jello (the kind you make with boiling water- not the pudding cups) for 0 points
McDonald's ice cream cone = 3 points
Breakfast cookie is 3 points (and it taste EXACTLY like the Oatmeal cookie at Subway)

I got a recipe book not long ago that has a lot of WW tips in it and I've been getting the center cut bacon ever since. I love it!
Thanks for stopping by my blog today and I hope you have a wonderful day!☺
Back on track and doing great!
Keep it up girl.

I just love coming here!! I don't know what it is about you, Bobbie, but I look forward to reading your WW posts each week!
First, I have to get this off my chest: I'M SO-O-O JEALOUS YOU VACATIONED IN SAN ANTONIO AND ATE TONS OF MEXICAN FOOD.
Okay, now that we've got that cleared up.... Good for you, getting right back on track after a relatively points-free holiday! I think for me, this has been a key discovery ~ that I haven't FAILED just because I didn't count points for a day or a week. I've just taken a break. It's a bit more work re-disciplining yourself after a break, but as long as we DO IT, little interludes like that can actually fuel our successes, I think, because we realize that we don't actually have to completely deny ourselves the finer foods in life!
Again, great job! Now I'm off to add a few of these things to my grocery list....
Thank-you for listing some of your favorite low point foods! I have a major carb and chips addiction - and I never would have thought of english muffins or single-serve light chips. You just made my week! :)
You rock!
Hi Bobbie. Thanks for posting on my sewing blog. I'm glad you liked the apron idea I found. Hope it works out for you. I enjoyed viewing your blog - we share many passions, like Jesus, crafts, eating healthy, and our pets! I'm a Texas girl myself, so I understand the heat you experienced on your vacation. Glad you got to spend some time in our great state.
You asked about my shakes in the morning...I make them with a cup of milk, a cup of frozen fruit (mixed berries), and a serving of protein powder (Genisoy is what I found that was affordable and provided 25 grams of protein for only 100 calories). I add a little Stevia. It is a VERY FILLING shake for 5 points.
