Roasted Chicken Fettuccini

De bone a roasted chicken- set aside.

In a sauce pan, prepare package of Alfredo white sauce mix as directed on package (I use extra milk)- set aside.

In a heated skillet, saute sliced mushrooms until brown.

Add a tablespoon of olive oil and 2 fresh chopped garlic cloves, a bag of frozen peas and the roasted chicken.

Add sauce to chicken mixture. Heat on low.

Cook the pasta and top it off with the chicken and sauce.

Add grated Parmesan cheese and some fresh basil.

NOTE: This is very tasty and very filling and will require a nap afterward.
