That was 24 years ago....
I was so excited to see she had a new show on ABC Family Network last night... until I saw that she wasn't the star of the teenage drama! She was the MOTHER!

I was surprised also! But, I liked the show ....you don't see shows with family holding hands and praying around the table anymore. I hope this show will make a positive influence on our teens and families.

I can't believe she is 40. I loved all those teen movies when I was a teen. I would always imagine I was her and a beautiful man in a red porche would pull up unexpectedly and take me away and we would live happily ever after.

i notice that all the time too with stars that were popular when I was younger! i see pics and half the time I can't believe that i am close to their age!! wow... Molly Ringwald... 40... where does the time go??
