Trying to get back to normal around here....
Sunday: Spaghetti (freeze half of meat sauce for easy meal later)
Monday: Chicken breast with green beans
Tuesday: Pork Loin
Wednesday: Chicken Breast Sandwich (cook extra chicken for Fri.)
Thursday: BBQ Pork Sandwich (left over pork mixed with BBQ sauce)
Friday: Chicken Pillows: Chop left over chicken and mix with 4 oz cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix, 2 stalks chopped celery and 1/2 chopped onion. Mix well and place in a crescent roll. Cook at 375 for 20 minutes.
