Weekend Project- Turning English into French

Found a little side table at a yard sale for $3. Its real wood and very heavy.

Little table has a ceramic tile of the Governor's Palace in Colonial Williamsburg.  If you know this to be a very collectible antique, one of only three left in the USA, and the last one sold at auction for $141.3 million dollars, just keep it to yourself. Its too late.

It probably came over on the Nina, Pinta or Santa Maria, but it doesn't match my French bathroom. (this is the picture in my French bathroom, a different yard sale find)

So I painted it black and now its a little better.

Unless these guys  show up tomorrow and tell me it was worth millions, until it was painted black.

But it does fit the bathroom better now.
