Get a bag of fingerling potatoes. (Recipe is on the bag)
Wash the little cuties and cute in half.
Toss them with garlic. Recipe doesn't say anything about onion but I threw 1/2 of one in anyway.
add 3 tablespoons olive oil, or whatever other oil you have when you are out of olive oil.
Add course salt and pepper. (recipe says to add dried rosemary too.... but rosemary didn't make it into mine)
Put cut side down in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 450 for 25 minutes.
