Baked oatmeal- Recipes to (on the) Run (on)

Spray a bread/meatloaf pan and preheat oven to 350.

mix 1 1/2 cups oatmeal

1/4 cup Applesauce

2 eggs

2 bananas

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon baking powder and 1/2 tablespoon salt

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup blueberries

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Can eat it in a bowl with milk, or slice like a piece of bread.

I keep it in the fridge and warm it in the microwave for breakfast all week.

This sounds so good. I've only made baked oatmeal once and it was peanut butter. Adding Blueberries sounds so great. And a nice way to mixup my breakfasts. Anxious to try this! Thanks for linking up!!!
