Lazy Sumer Asian Brocoli Slaw

Found this recipe on someone's blog somewhere {{cant remember where}} and been making it for years. Because its summer, and Im lazy and this requires no heating up the kitchen. And people love it. And it's healthy.

Its a "layered salad" type. Don't stir it until right before serving.

Crush one or two packages of any flavored uncooked Top Ramen noodles in a large bowl. (I like two packages. Everyone else seems to like only one, I usually only put one).

Add 16 ozs of Broccoli Slaw, or Cole slaw, or a mixture as second layer.

Add one bunch of chopped green onions.

Add 1/2 cup of sliced almonds.

Add 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds (I use a whole cup).

In a different bowl, mix 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar.

with 1/2 cup vegetable oil

and the seasoning packet from any flavor of the Ramen noodles with 1/2 cup of sugar.
Stir this together well and pour over the broccoli slaw mixture.

Cover with Saran Wrap, but still no stirring.

Put in fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Stir before serving.

It is great for the hot summer.
