My own version of slice and bake cookies

This is dangerous.

Make your cookies and put them on cookie tray, but instead of putting them in the oven, put them in the freezer for about an hour.

Then in a freezer container.

Home made fresh baked cookies in 8-10 minutes on any random weeknight.

Its very dangerous. Its also a great party favor. Serve some cookies and give some to bake at home. 

and it works for me wednesday.
