Weight Watchers crockpot lasanga

Get out the crock pot
and any lasagna noodles you want.
You'll need two of these. I also added a can of tomatoes because I thought it was too dry.
Brown your ground meat (or turkey!)
Add the Ragu and let it simmer a while.
Add a pinch or two of this.
start layering it all in the crockpot. A layer of meat sauce, a layer of lasagna noodles (uncooked) and
mix 1/2 cup of Ricotta cheese with
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and layer in between.  Cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
Add more cheese on top and let cook with top off for 20 minutes or so.
8 servings. 8 WW points plus each serving.
