My favorite thing to do with homemade caramel

Assemble the usual suspects.

I usually use two large boxes of pudding mix and more bananas than this.

Start layering in a pretty dish. Cookies first.

then pudding, bananas and.....

the star of this show..... home made caramel....

Keep layering

Top it off with whip cream, cracker crumbs and a little drizzle of the caramel.

Finished product didn't last long enough to get its picture taken.
