Chocolate death

Remember the cookie platter I made for the Thanksgiving party at work? The brownie cookies became immediate favorites and were re-named chocolate death

Of course, that meant they had to make another appearance for an office birthday.  Mix a box of brownie mix (any kind) with a bag of chocolate chips (any kind... I like to use the chunks), two eggs and 1/4 cup oil.

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes, just until the edges look done and the middle still looks raw.. Do not over bake. They will firm up as they cool.
