The fastest dinner yet

Recipe is from the new Cooking Channel  Drop 5 pounds with Good Housekeeping:

Its really not a "recipe". Its more like throw whatever you can find in some broccoli slaw: chopped (leftover)chicken, diced apples, diced grapes, handful of pecans and dried cranberries. ( I was suppose to throw in blue cheese crumbles which I had in the fridge anyway and I forgot!)

Dressing is one cup of Greek yogurt mixed with the juice of one lemon.


It makes me feel so healthy.
