simple and quick lunch


I've made this salad for years.  Its so simple, but so delicious.

Tear up some iceberg lettuce, break up one package of ramen noodles and add to lettuce, add a handful of raisins (the original recipe called for trail mix), add one (or two) little cups of chilled Mandarin oranges and mix equal parts apple cider vinegar with vegetable oil and the seasoning packet from the ramen noodles.
