Sometimes its a lot easier for me to make a Café Mocha at home than it is to go out to Starbucks, especially on Saturday afternoon when I don't want to get out of my PJs. This is thus far, the best recipe I have found to make it at home. And its substitution friendly. I didn't have chocolate syrup so one piece of a Hershey's candy bar crumbled on the top remedied the situation. Worked perfectly. It also taste better when served in my new vacation souvenir mug.
