The weather gets cooler and the baked oatmeal experimentation continues....
This pumpkin oatmeal is my least favorite. It may have something to do with my many modifications. I didn't have pure pumpkin so I used pumpkin pie filling, and instead of adding brown sugar, I added maple syrup.
I should probably try following the real directions before passing judgment but I think I'll return to my favorite.... apple baked oatmeal and bless the neighbors with some breakfast for in the morning!
