Apple Oatmeal

Heat one cup water and one cup milk until slightly boiling

Add 1/2 cup of oats. I mixed steel cut and old fashioned.
Add a chopped apple and one mashed banana


Add few shakes of Cinnamon.

Cook for 20 minutes or so.

Put in casserole dish.

Add little butter and brown sugar on top. ( I also added walnuts)

 Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or so.

So creamy and delicious and best when eaten in bed while still in PJs when it is 30 degrees outside.
