What I ate- Friday



Morning Bible study with Grits, one turkey sausage patty, one piece of cinnamon raisin toast and 1/2 glass  milk   
2 cups of coffee
Running errands and lunch at Chick-Fil-A, a grilled chicken and fruit salad with water
Starbucks at Target
S'mores in the oven
Pasta with fire roasted tomatoes, brie and  green onion sausage (recipe here)
