Went to Applebees twice and both times ordered off the Weight Watcher's menu, once while watching my husband eat a burger and fries. I had the chicken salad with lime dressing for 5 points (delicious and a lot of food) and also had the chicken and veggies wrapped in a flour tortilla for 10 points (very filling) when I really wanted the chicken fingers and fries.
Had a "slim-wich" Roast Beef sandwich at Jason's Deli with a side of fruit.
Attended my Weight Watcher meeting on Saturday morning before going out of town for the long weekend. It would have been so easy to skip! I did not lose, but did not gain, which is a successful week in my book.
Went to bed early a couple of times.
Walked the dog even though several afternoons, I did not want to.
Got up from my desk in the middle of the afternoon to walk around the parking lot for 10 minutes.

Good job on choosing the lighter side of food when eating out. I find that is ONE of my struggles....Is to choose grilled instead of fried. I love some fried chicken. But, the grilled is so much better for me. Keep pressing forward. I am sure you will see results soon!
I think you had some very positive things going this week. I had to giggle about the cookies..I am so like that when it is a certain week of the month...so I can relate. Hang in there...keep going forward and remember each day is a new day.

You've made some great conscious decisions. I love that!
Sounds like it was a positive week to me. I'd walk my dog ~ but at 14she doesn't make it around the block without huffing & puffing. I like Applebes WW menu, they do have some good and filling stuff.
Have a great week and God Bless.
Hang in there sweetie.
I checked back to see if it was you I complimented on listing the positives and it was ~ and you've done it again! I think it's a great idea to concentrate on your successes and let them fuel your resolve for the coming week rather than noting the failures and allowing them to control you. AWESOME JOB!!!!
I love it that more and more restaurants are adding WW points to their menus and specifically making low-point dishes to make eating out more possible for people on WW. Glad to hear you did well, even though you ate out ~ and ate cookies while driving!!
I've wondered about the Weight Watchers meals at Applebees. It sounds like they're pretty good. I love their Asian/chicken salad....to bad they can't make the dressing into a lighter version.
You've made a lot of positive steps forward this week. I'm proud of you!
Suzie ;)
I'm going to start listing my successes like that and concentrate on those instead of the negative.
I went to O'Charley's yesterday and brought the Chicken Tenders and Fries home for lunch but I didn't eat dinner except for fruit. I was being tempted by KFC on the other side of the road so I chose the less of two evils.
Have a wonderful week,
Mama Bear
