These bulbs had been sitting under the same tree... for who knows how long? I keep meaning to ask the neighbor if she remembers seeing someone plant them. They have been mine for the last two years. Never grew, never bloomed. Until the massive relocation of bulbs operation was initiated. All bulbs gathered together and relocated to a sunny new bed. Two weeks later, I have flowers. Specifically I have white breaded iris. Who knew?

Beautiful, we have iris bushes in our front yard and they are starting to come alive!
