What I was doing at 10:15 last night

Occasionally, late at night, there is a knock on my door and my neighbor hands me warm brownies. Sometimes, she hands them off and leaves with only a hug. Sometimes she comes in and we eat them standing in the kitchen. Sometimes my husband gets the door and a big glass of milk and and brings them to me in bed. A couple times, she just called me and told me to meet her at the fence.

That's what I was doing last night at 10:15, being a very happy recipient of warm brownie love.

WOW! I wish I had a neighbor like that!!! My last neighbors hated me and it seemed like everytime I tried to go in the backyard they would call the police on me. I stopped going outside. They have moved now and I literally went in my backyard and did a happy dance. Now I am just waiting to see who is going to move in---I hope its a brownie sharing neighbor like you have. I wish to be that lucky!!!

Inspires me to be that kinda neighbour. I want to be the one everyone on the block loves! (And hopefully, the one who shows them where true love comes from - Jesus.) Yup. I'm gonna ask God about what He wants me to do in my neighbourhood.
