The easiest dinner I have ever made

Shredded pork tacos.  Found recipe here.

Step One: At 7:00 a.m., open and pour into crock pot: Rotel, green salsa and diced tomatoes:
Step two: Chop one onion, throw into crockpot along with a pork tenderloin that was on sale.

Step Three: Cook on low 10 hours, while you go to work, clean the house, go to the mall, take a nap, or do anything else you need to do instead of cook dinner.

Step Four: Shred pork and serve in flour tortillas with sour cream, cheese, lettuce, cilantro and chopped tomatoes.

Next time, I would add black beans and corn to crockpot and use an original pork tenderloin and not the brown sugar one I accidentally picked up.
