My quest for fast but healthy dinner continues.
I threw a pork loin into the crock pot (much leaner than a pork roast) with a bottle of KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce and a cup of water, let it cook on low all day, shredded and put on wheat hamburger buns.
Fast and delicious and pretty cheap since we had a lot of leftovers, that were perfect to pack for lunch at work.

I love to do this, too. We have in on whole wheat burger buns with a side of homemade cole slaw. YUM!
