Going down Saturday afternoon in my kitchen....
This recipe has been around forever.
Its Weight Watcher's friendly and you can pretty much add anything you want (like dry ranch dip or hot sauce). I sneak a few finely chopped carrots in mine, and use what ever left over chicken I can find, sometimes cheese goes in and sometimes not.
and its tasty and quick to whip up, and really quite delicious.
Mine don't actually look like chicken baseballs, mine look more like chicken pillows.
