What I ate- One day in my food life






Saturday:

11:00a: Late breakfast: Greek yogurt with blueberries, raspberries, honey and walnuts

1:15p: cinnamon raisin toast with butter and ice coffee while out running errands

4:00p: Women's fellowship: 1/4 of baked chicken, fruit and a lot of crackers, chips and spinach artichoke dip (and I do mean A LOT)

9:15p: Late snack: 1/2 of a PB and J and milk

Very nutritious. Very light. It ends up being the perfect amount all day.
