You can't tell from the photo, but the front door was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. Instead of replacing the door, the two side panels and the window above the door, (read.... alot of money....) we got a new door and painted everything to match.... including the shutters and the light fixtures.... and this is the finished project, what I have been standing in the driveway staring at each evening:
