Is there anything better than the Original - homemade- Chex Mix

Heat oven to 250°F.

In large bowl, mix 3 cups of rice Chex, 3 cups of Wheat Chex and 3 cups of Corn Chex cereals, 1 cup peanuts, and 1 cup small pretzels; set aside.

My inspiration: Winn-Dixie has Chex cereal on sale this week for 4 boxes for $10.... AND.... there is a $1 off 2 boxes coupon in paper....

In ungreased large roasting pan, melt 6 tablespooons of butter in oven. Stir in 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt, 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.

Gradually stir in cereal mixture until evenly coated.

Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Spread on paper towels to cool, about 15 minutes.

Store in airtight container.
