The lastest thing to come out of my oven

Its very moist, and not too sweet. The perfect thing for afternoon coffee. Its even better the next day. I shared it with my food ministry partner and her family. They had no idea it was Weight Watcher's friendly. I think another one will be made for Sunday dinner with the mother in law.

Sour Cream Banana Bunt Cake.

Pre-heat oven 325.

Spray Bunt pan well.

Mix one box of yellow cake mix with one large package sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding, two eggs and one egg white, 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream, 1/4 cup applesauce, 3 ripe bananas (I used frozen ones) and 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg.

Mix well and bake for 55 minutes.

Cut into 8 big pieces. 4 Weight Watcher points each.
