White Chocolate Bread Pudding- its perfect for sharing

White Choclate Bread Pudding recipe from my cousin, who brought it over to my house for a Christmas party and I fell in love with it. I had to half it. Cant have this much warm bread pudding in my house at one time. Next time, Im going to cut it again and only make 1/4.

Get out a casserole dish and spray with Pam.
Visit the bakery to get a loaf of French Bread (or you can use white bread)
Tear up half the French Bread into small pieces in the casserole dish.
Mix 2 eggs, 2 cups milk and 1 cup sugar with 1 tablespoon vanilla and
 Pour over bread crumbs
And press in with a spoon.

Melt  1/2 stick of butter and pour over.

Sprinkle generously with Cinnamon and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Let cool while you make the white chocolate sauce.

Melt a half of bag of white chocolate chips with a half of stick of butter, mix well. May be lumpy. Slowly add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and mix fast and hard. Add 2 tablespoons of water until mixture is pourable.

 Pour over hot bread pudding.
Oh my gosh. It is so good!! Its about 800 calories a serving, but it is so good!

Bobbie, This stuff needs to be outlawed! I love bread pudding, so I know what you mean about not having too much of it around. It's good cold, warm, hot, eaten with your fingers, spoon, fork...OK I'll stop there. Thanks for sharing this at Eat2gather. have a great weekend.
