May 9: an (early) moment in my day and a non-scale victory

7:00a: Breakfast at my desk

My non scale victory: trying the new egg white egg McMuffin from McDonald's.  Verdict? good. but worth 7 WW points plus? probably not. (I'm linked here)

HA! I remember doing WW and making sure I made my points count! LOL I HATED wasting points on bad meals, meh meals or anything that wasnt fully satisfying!

Too bad about the sandwich! I agree with Tarsha -- it's no fun to spend points or calories on something that doesn't taste that great. Sometimes, I end up eating nothing because I don't want to waste the calories!

Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog!

I'm guessing you we're on the go and my tip won't work for you but I have to share - I made egg white breakfast sandwiches on Arnold's Bagel Thins with a turkey sausage patty and they are delicious! If you ever have time to experiment with your own, give them a try!

Hi.Thanks for stopping by my blog. I read several of your posts. You seem to be very busy. How do you find time to blog? The only reason I can blog every day now is that it's summer and I don't go out to teach.

That's a bummer - was looking forward to one of those muffins soon! I found you from Jenni's linkup.

Boo-- disappointing about the sandwich! I've seen those advertised everywhere and I thought it might be a good lesser-guilt way to eay Mickey D's!

Have you tried the Jimmy Dean "Delights" sandwiches? Egg white, a bit of cheese, and a turkey sausage patty on an English muffin. I'm not sure what the WW count is, but they're pretty darn good, if you don't eat them every morning. :)

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog, and leaving a sweet comment!

I was wondering how that new egg white would be. Thanks for sharing your opinion!
