I love a yard sale.

After a few washings and some bleach....my very favorite yard sale find is my $.50 Raggedy Ann.

Who get get rid of Raggedy Ann for 50 cents?! One person's loss is your gain (there's gonna be one P.O.'d kid some day when she see pictures of herself with Ann and finds out she was sold in a yard sale for half a buck! ;-)

She's so sweet Bobbie and I know you'll take good care of her.

I have a soft spot in my heart for sweet Raggedy Ann. My mom made a Raggedy Ann birthday cake for me for my 5th birthday and to this day that's still my favorite birthday cake of all. And most importantly, I'm so happy to have a picture of that cake with me.

Thanks for visiting my blog! Your little Raggedy Ann is quite a delight, especially for $.50! Raggedy Ann definitely plucks at most people's heart strings. I have two vintage Raggedys that I bought at auction for the purpose of selling on Ebay, but over 7 years later they are still with me!

She's a keeper! :) I got a Raggedy Ann for Christmas when I was 2. She was HUGE-taller than me! I loved to snuggle her! Great memories--thanks for sharing your treasure!

Hi Bobbie,
Cute rag doll. Just stopped by from Rhoda's party. Love your Menu plans. Menu planning is my hardest part of cooking, which I love to do. Your menu's look like things we would like.
So nice to meet you.

Aw, she's pretty! I don't think I have ever seen a Raggedy Ann doll (or Andy for that matter) at a garage sale. In fact, I know I haven't because my one friend loves them and I would have bought them for her :)

Wonderful find!

Bella :)
