The first cool days of Fall came and I immediately bust out the baked oatmeal. I always make Blueberry Baked Oatmeal, which is delicious, but my new favorite is now Baked Apple Pie Oatmeal (Recipe here). It is amazingly delicious. If I can tear myself away from this one, I'm gonna try pumpkin oatmeal next.
